Our liability on your paper being late is entirely independent of a client having added extra materials to be put on the paper when the paper is almost due. In such circumstances, a client cannot apply for a refund. If however it is our fault that a paper was delivered to you late, (which rarely happens), we will contact you well in advance and ask for an extension.
